Starting this Friday I'll be attending a black belt meet up once a month where teachers from various disciplines will be getting together to share their knowledge and training experience with other teachers from around the community. So far we have at least four disciplines covered and perhaps more. 

I'm looking forward to learning how other disciplines explore their art and just hanging out with teachers that have lots of various experiences to share.

I know from past experience with jiu jitsu, karate and taekwondo guys that our art of taijiquan is appreciated for its approach and philosophies but it often proves difficult to transfer to the external artists. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it all goes down!
