Last night at Saber class

Last night at Saber class the students were analysing the footwork in “Push the Boat Follow the Stream” and I was happy to see the level of introspection that was taking place.

It is only through personal diligent study that one can attain the answers to ones questions. What I mean by this is, that a teacher can tell you something many times and you may or may not digest the information, but when you play with a question on your own, 9 times out of 10 the answer will lodge itself deep into your awareness and will be available for instant retrieval when you want to share it with others.
