Qi (Chi) and what to do with it

Lately I have been working on building, storing and manifesting qi.
I have been using two different methods to measure my physical manifestation of qi. One is the candle. The candle is a great training aid as it gives immediate feedback and relates more than just success or failure if you know how to “speak its language”.
The second training aid I have been using is board breaking. I have been working on manifesting and delivering qi from the tendons and facia rather than delivering power from the large muscles. This training is profound as it forces one to remain soft and internally aware. It also proves without doubt that Taiji power is completely different than the external power generated by the large frame external styles.
On a non-physical level I have been circulating qi throughout my body using both the micro-cosmic and macro-cosmic orbit to stay healthy at a time of the year when a lot of people are getting sick. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) states that all disease is due to blocked or stagnant energy and by keeping all the energy pathways open and circulating the qi one will remain healthy.
Of course these are just a few ways to “use” qi and I have not shared any spiritual uses but I just thought I’d share what I’ve been up to recently.
Thought for the day: “Training in the internal arts training creates a lifestyle that permeates ones thoughts and actions.”
Peace
