The end lesson, or the BIG picture that I am always trying to help students "get" is self mastery.

What does "self mastery" mean to you?

Think about it.... I'll wait.

If you are having trouble defining "self mastery" for yourself then I'd suggest taking an hour to watch this interview.

Bruce Lipton is an exceptional scientist by academic and ethical standards. 

He is also a very wise man who we can learn a lot from.

I am reminded of the teaching of Don Juan..

 

For a seeker, reality, or the world we all know, is only a description that has been pounded into you from the moment you were born. The reality of our day-to-day life, then, consists of an endless flow of perceptual interpretations which we have learned to make in common.
