I had quite a few people request the Qigong e-book this week so it led to me reading through it again. I liked what was contained in the e-book but something struck me as I made my way through it.

I wrote that e-book quite a few years ago and now I have more to add!

I realized (for the hundredth time) that my level of knowledge is continuing to evolve. My personal understanding is always being re-shaped due to the experience gained through practice and teaching.

The river is deep and continuous.

Anyone student of internal arts who thinks they know it all is either not looking hard enough or is too comfortable in their current situation.

I for one, welcome the mystery and will continue to look under every rock and into every crevice in order to continue to expand my knowledge, wisdom and connection to Self.
