To Move Without Moving

The Taiji classics have lots of interesting paradoxes within their pages and one of these is the phrase to “move without moving”.
I love paradox. One of my favourites is “the only constant is change”.
Back to “move without moving”, what on earth could that mean?
I’ll give you some hints, but you have to promise to keep it a secret.
First, assume the basic zhan zhuang stance, arms up or down, it doesn’t matter.
Close your eyes and turn your attention inside.
Feel everything that happens.
Feel the gentle sway of the body as it continuously adjusts.
Use listening jin to connect to that which is acting of it own volition.
That’s hint #1.
Hint #2
Sit on a comfortable chair, couch, whatever.
Relax, close your eyes and do your favourite set in your mind.
What did you feel?
Is there a connection between hint #1 & #2?
Did I mention that I love paradox?
Peace
Rod
