We start production on our Yang Style 16 forms & fundamentals video this coming Sunday.

I'm looking forward to the process as well as developing a teaching tool that will hopefully help (potentially) hundreds of beginner students over time.

The video will be partitioned into two sections:

Taiji Fundamentals and Yang Style 16 forms

In the fundamental section we'll go over safety, stances, alignment, stepping, relaxation and breath.

In the 16 forms section we'll teach the forms and the applications to help the student gain a decent understanding with which to start to build a strong Taiji foundation.

So again, I look forward to this expereince and hope to be able to distribute this teaching aid within the next few months.
