Why is Qigong an effective pro-activate approach to health? Part Three

Everything in the universe vibrates. EVERY THING. Motion seems to be a prerequisite of matter. This vibratory system includes the atomic, molecular and cellular structure of your body. To understand that (rate of vibration = frequency) allows us to understand why we feel totally out of sync one day and in tune the next day.
Think of a still pond. Now visualize throwing a rock into the pond and watch how the ripples radiate away from the rock’s point of impact. If you throw another rock into the inner circle those ripples will radiate out as complimentary waves. But if you throw a rock anywhere else watch the waves interfere with the other ripples.
The rock analogy is a simple way to look at how we participate in the world. We can either be a complimentary energy or we can be an energy that results in interference. To expand on the analogy, those same possibilities also exist within your own body. Being internally harmonized results in health, being out of sync results in dis-ease.
Qigong energy work can be used as a type of tuning fork where we sync our rhythms and vibrations internally as well externally. This synchronization can be done with Yi (mind/intent) coupled with movement and breath and it can be done with sound.
Sound is an extremely powerful force and it can be a great healing tool. Why do you think music has played such a significant role in all cultures? It is because it is so powerful. Sound is energy vibrating/passing through a medium such as air or water and remember the human form is 80% water. When sound energy reaches another sentient being it gets deciphered, integrated and acted upon in either a complimentary or non-complimentary way.
One ancient Qigong healing practice is called the Six Healing Sounds. These six sounds differ dependant upon which lineage you learn them from but the bottom line is that they are designed to readjust your vibratory state internally and externally so that you are in tune with your immediate surroundings and can participate in a complimentary way. The Six Healing Sounds is a practice that will help you to naturally harmonize with inner and outer systems.
Check out the videos below. I think they will help you to understand what I am trying to relate, the power of vibration and the beauty of being in harmony with nature.
