I have just been given approval by Master Liu De Ming of Zi Ran Men Kung Fu Academy in Melbourne Australia to teach Zi Ran Qigong at our club.

The Zi Ran qigong level one set was developed by Master De Ming to help the student connect to the three treasures and the three dan tians as well as stretch the ligaments and tendons.

Zi Ran qigong level one, is a 12 form set that is moderately complex and moderately challenging regarding the physical requirements.
